Check your inbox carefully. Then ask for help.

If you shared to one of the provided social networks using your personal share page, your certificate is sent immediately to the email address you registered with the hotel.

Some email providers may automatically place your certificate email into a spam, junk, or promotions folder instead of your inbox. Be sure to check there first.
