How do I request data that you have about me?
You have a right to access your data, all you need to do is ask.
You may at any time request to get a copy of any data we have associated with you. You can start your request below, but make sure you read this article in full to understand what to expect.
When you put in your request, we will review it and send your data as soon as we gather it. Depending on what you request specifically, this may take a few days up to one month. Like any business, ours has a lot of moving parts, and many services we use to operate our business can process data on our behalf—we may need to coordinate with them to gather your data and this can take some time.
After we’ve organized your data, we will send you further instructions on how to securely retrieve it.
